To send us a support request, feedback, or comments, contact us via the Support Request button from the Help section of Screens' app settings.
You'll notice that there's an attachment. This is a "Diagnostic Report," which gives us more information about the issue you're experiencing. We strongly recommend that you try to reproduce any issue you may be experiencing before sending us a support request. This ensures that the Diagnostic Report includes important data related to the issue.
Of course, we also ask you to give us as much information about the issue as possible so that we have enough information to help you as quickly as possible.
